The 2022 L’Esprit de Chevalier Blanc, a blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Sémillon, reveals aromas of spices, pear, peach, menthol and lemon. On the palate, it’s fleshy and elegant, with bright acids and a long, saline finish. This is a great effort for a second wine.

Tangy and forward, nice and bright with citrus fruits, lemon rind, orange juice and grapefruit pith. Has a really lovely construction, feels serious and well worked with underlying power and good concentration and bitterness on the end
