Rose et Or is Château Minuty’s estate rosé. It is one of the best rosés of Provence, a delicate, subtle wine made from old vines with exceptional care. It is a delicate, pale rosé with great subtelty, finesse, balance and freshness made with the best fruit from vineyards surrounding the château. A blend of 95% Grenache from 30 year old vines and 5% Syrah from 20 year old vines. Delicious on its own or with lighter dishes, including seafood.
