ROYAL SALUTE 21 Year Old Blended Malt. The 2019 release of Royal Salute’s 21 Year Old Blended Malt joins the already impressive collection from Chivas. This whisky has a creamy, sweet character with notes of vanilla, bananas and crème brulee throughout the palate, before a long finish full of clove spice.
TASTING NOTES:
- Aroma: A melody of ripe soft fruits namely pears, sweet peaches mandarin oranges, blackcurrant jam and sweet violets.
- Palate: Super sweet and rich echoing the nose. Apricots, creamy vanilla and banana crème brulee all rounded off with a touch of spicy clove boiled sweets.
- Finish: long, sweet and tangy.
