Wine labeled as Champagne can come exclusively from this area. Three varieties can be blended to produce Champagne, from the three primary regions of Champagne: Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The mixture of these three varieties is called “cuvée” – the key to excellent champagne.

Aroma: Green apple, citrus fruit, mineral nuances, white flowers, brioche, cereal and fresh nuts.
Palate: Pear, peach, apple, citrus fruit and nuances of gooseberry.
Finish: Structured, focused, firm, and flowery finish.
