Shaoxing wine is one of the most famous varieties of yellow wine, a traditional Chinese rice-fermented wine. It originated in the Shaoxing region of Zhejiang Province in eastern China. It is consumed as a beverage and is also widely used in Chinese cuisine. Huiji Mountain Three-Year-Old Shaoxing Hua Diao Wine has no added salt. It is a good seasoning for cooking, with the effect of removing fishy smell, deodorizing, altar aroma and adding flavor.
