Château Canon-La-Gaffelière is a prestigious wine estate founded in the 17th century in the Bordeaux region. Located to the south of the medieval town of Saint-Émilion, Château Canon-La-Gaffelière has been under the management of Stephan von Neipperg since 1983. Belonging to a German family steeped in viticulture for almost 8 centuries, Stephan von Neipperg manages Château Canon-La-Gaffelière with passion and talent, following a resolutely modern approach to viticulture.

Tasting notes:
Canon la Gaffelière exhibits aromas of raspberries and plums, complemented by notions of iris, rose petals, incense and burning embers. Medium to full-bodied, ample and fleshy, it’s supple, suave and sophisticated, with a lively core of fruit, powdery tannins and a long, saline finish.
