The grapes are harvested manually and pressed with care. During the blend, the proportion of reserve wines (20%) brings the body. An Aging of one year in tank followed by three years into bottle was necessary for the proper maturation of champagne. This wine is also available in Demi-Sec to accompany desserts and even a foie gras.
A ripe, biscuity Champagne with a fine mousse and a long, elegant finish. A blend of 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier gives backbone and complexity. A family-run Champagne house founded in 1920 and today run by José and his brother Pierre Bouché.
Tasting notes: Fresh with a lemony attack. Aromas of dried fruits and praline. Long wine in the mouth and well balanced.
This wine also exists in half dry with a higher liquor dosage.
