Château de Pez 2016 Saint-Estèphe is a red wine produced in the Bordeaux region of France. It comes from a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grape varieties, grown on clayey and gravelly soils. The nose reveals aromas of black fruits such as cherry and blackberry, as well as spicy and woody notes from the aging in oak barrels. On the palate, the wine is ample and structured, with fine tannins and good length.
Tasting notes:
Aromas of blackcurrant, Morello cherry and liquorice. The wine is rich and complex on the palate. Balance between concentration and harmony, power and refinement, classy and precise tannins.
