PERRIER JOUET Grand Brut. Superlative fizz from a legendary house, Perrier-Jouët are more famous for their Belle Epoque flower bottle, but this NV is a lively, effervescent little beauty in its own right. A delicious fizz.
TASTING NOTES:
- Color: Clear, light golden with slight green tinge and lively persistent bubbles.
- Nose: Brioche, hay bales, crisp green apples and very faint rhubarb and pine sap.
- Palate: Clean and well balanced with delicate creamy green apple fruit, zesty bite, good biscuit notes and a touch of yeast.
