This is a one-off wine to celebrate Montes’ 30th anniversary. Intense aromas of blackberries, blueberries, herbs and rose petals follow through to a full body. Tight and dense with framed fruit and some wood at the end. This is jazzy and intense. A blend of cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc. Better after 2022.
Tasting Notes:
Deep and intense ruby red colour. On the nose, expressive aromas of ripe black fruit, sweet tobacco and spices, all perfectly integerated. The palate is rounded and enveloping, with a sensation of freshness, refined tannins and a long lingering finish.
